This is my first time on Le Lunch site. How do I proceed to order meals for my children?

First, you need to create your profile as a parent.  Select "Create an account" at the top of the page. Once you have submitted your information, you will receive an email. Follow the instructions on the email to activate your account.  Once activated, you can return to our site and add your children by selecting "Add a child" under My Account.  Make sure to select the correct school board and school building (if more than one). Once your children have been registered, you can start ordering for them. Follow the instructions under "Order for this child", select the days/meals you desire, and follow every step until you have completed your payment. You will receive 2 confirmation emails. One from Le Lunch to confirm the order is received and one from our payment system NUVEI. Please ensure the Nuvei email says APPROVED.

Can I submit my order by phone?

We don't take orders by phone.

I can not find my child's school on your website?

First of all, you need to check if you have selected the correct school board. If so, and you still cannot find your child's school, it means that unfortunately we do not serve that school this year.

When is the deadline to order?

To take advantage of all 5 choices on the full menu, you must order 2 business days before the delivery date. However, it is still possible to order until 6:59 a.m. on the morning of delivery. The "convenience meal" (a lasagna with meat sauce and no sides) will become your only option once the full menu period has ended.

What is the difference between a regular portion and a teen portion?

The regular portion is 300 grams and the teen portion is 450 grams.

How can I see what I ordered for my child?

Go to "My Account." Under your personal information, you’ll find the list of your children registered with us. Under each child, you’ll find the last 3 months with orders. Select the current month to see your child’s menu. You can also download a copy of your child’s selections and print it.

How do I change my order?

If you simply wish to change the choice of the main dish or the beverage for the same day, please contact us by phone or email.

For any other modification (changing the day, the portion, adding a beverage, etc.), you must cancel the meal and place a new order.

*Warning: it is strongly recommended not to modify a meal scheduled for delivery within the next 24 hours. You will lose the menu choice, and a lasagna without side dishes will be your only option.

How do I cancel an order?

Go to "My account". Under your personal informations, you will find your list of children registered to our services. Under each child, you will see the sentence "To cancel a meal, click here" in yellow. Select this option under each child requiring a cancellation.

Until what time, on the same day, can I cancel a meal?

You have until 7:00 am to cancel a meal for that day.

Do you have any Halal or Vegetarian options?

The 3rd menu option is always vegetarian.

How can I remove a child from my account? He goes to high school now and doesn't need your meal services anymore.

To remove a child from your account, you must notify us by email or phone.

What happens to my cancellation credits at the end of the school year?

There is no expiration date for the credits on your account. You can still use them in the following school year for any child registered on your account.
